The caller must be an Admin or above.
The type's key is generated from value (lowercase, snake_case, ASCII, at most 50 characters), so Opening Hours becomes opening_hours.
Note: If your company previously deleted a type with the same key, that type is reactivated instead of a new one being created. The response then returns the original id, and the times its locations already had are restored.
